Job Summary
Spa Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Colorado Springs South. You will provide excellent customer service to members and guests, greet arrivals, answer phones, schedule appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades, and help meet membership sales goals. You’ll maintain knowledge of the menu of services, work flexible hours, clearly communicate promotions and service options, and uphold a professional, energetic environment. The role includes training to learn the spa offerings, with potential for career advancement based on performance. Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent personal appearance and possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease, all while focusing on the guest
