Job Summary
Oversee daily spa operations and financial performance while supporting the Spa Manager in managing staff, conducting interviews, and handling scheduling. Assist with HR functions including training new hires and maintain accurate client records through data entry and member maintenance. Promote health and wellness benefits, manage outside event marketing, and ensure strict adherence to quality, safety, and cleanliness standards across therapy rooms and common areas. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support steady clientele.
Required Qualifications
- Retail/sales and customer service experience
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
- Ability to effectively communicate about health and wellness membership benefits, spa policies, and procedures
- Ability to coach while also taking directive from the Spa Manager
