Spa Assistant Manager

Lead Spa team members including therapists, attendants, and coordinators to supervise, manage and grow the Spa, under the Director of Spa. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing feedback, interviewing, training, scheduling, monitoring performance, and handling payroll for personnel. Maintain a safe, hazard-free environment and incorporate guest feedback to drive improvements. Requires thorough understanding of Spa treatments and Spa environment with supervisory experience preferred. Full-time role in a luxury Four Seasons hotel setting at The Surf Club, Miami Beach, offering development opportunities and employee benefits. US work authorization is required.
