Job Summary
Marketing Virtual Assistant for a real estate team focused on marketing execution, content posting, agent support, and CRM data management. Responsible for posting property photos/videos/testimonials and marketing content across social platforms, uploading listing media and virtual tours, creating social media thumbnails and marketing assets with Canva, sending materials and updates to sellers and agents, maintaining agent bios/headshots/marketing profiles, transferring and organizing lead data into CRM systems and spreadsheets, compiling performance data for internal reporting, and organizing listing folders and digital assets. Requires prior real estate marketing experience, experience posting content on social platforms, strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to follow written instructions/workflows/checklists, strong English communication skills, and remote-work experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working with real estate teams or real estate marketing.
- Experience posting business content across social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous remote work experience preferred.
