Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, plan, and provide speech, language, cognitive, voice, and dysphagia services across the lifespan in inpatient and outpatient settings; develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure documentation, billing, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and treatments across speech-language pathology domains, creating and modifying treatment plans, educating patients and families, coordinating with physicians and rehab staff, maintaining equipment and infection prevention standards, and participating in meetings and quality improvement activities. Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech Pathology/Communicative Disorders with appropriate licensure/certifications and at least 1 year of experience; video swallow studies strongly preferred; EMR proficiency and strong communication, organizational, and professional skills are essential.

- Must hold appropriate certifications and licensures
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Speech Language Therapy
