Job Summary
Review work orders, observe specifications, and prepare work areas to start multi-color printing jobs for the Sideline Department. Operate machinery to coat, reclaim, image, and develop screens; assist press operators by loading material, applying ink, changing squeegees, and pre-counting items. Move material to staging locations using a pallet jack and RF scanner while ensuring all equipment is cleaned weekly. Perform quality checks on decorated garments and maintain a safe environment using required personal protective equipment. This role requires mandatory overtime, including potential weekends, with shifts running Monday through Friday from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
- Must be able to follow orders and proper machine operating
- Candidates are required to differentiate and coordinate colors
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Must be punctual with excellence in attendance
- Must be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to stand for long periods of time with repetitive body movements
- Ability to lift and/or move no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Mandatory overtime which may include some Saturdays and Sundays
