Job Summary
Conduct intensive, daily family support covering educational issues, household organization, and crisis intervention under §§ 30, 31, and 18 SGB VIII. Plan and document accompanied visits for children and adolescents to schools, medical facilities, and authorities. Organize and supervise parent-child contact sessions while ensuring child welfare and creating safe environments. Coordinate with schools, kindergartens, counseling centers, and social services to develop care plans and report to the youth office. Full-time or part-time position in the Main-Taunus-Kreis or Frankfurt am Main. Requires a degree in social work or related fields with knowledge of relevant legal frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften o. Ä.
- Kenntnisse oder Lernbereitschaft: §§ 30, 31, 18 und 8a SGB VIII und relevante Rechtsgrundlagen
- Empathie und Klarheit – du kannst zuhören und trotzdem Haltung zeigen
- Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kindern, Familien und Behörden
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du organisierst dich gut
- Interkulturelle Offenheit und Gendersensibilität
Desired Qualifications
- Interesse oder erste Erfahrungen in der ambulanten Familienhilfe
- Führerschein Klasse B
