Job Summary
Conduct daily supervision and support for children and adolescents aged 7 to 16 within a structured internat setting, actively shaping their daily life and facilitating transitions. Manage case leadership with an overall perspective, coordinating goals and fostering development processes while collaborating with parents, legal representatives, and internal or external specialists. Ensure stability and orientation within small group settings by overseeing group-related, organizational, and housekeeping tasks. Maintain readiness for night watch duties and occasional weekend services as part of the internat operations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sozialpädagog:in HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Qualifikation
- Bereitschaft zu Nachtpikett
- Bereitschaft zu punktuellen Wochenenddiensten im Rahmen des Internatsbetriebs
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im stationären Bereich mit Kindern oder Jugendlichen
- Erfahrung in der Praxisanleitung
- Interesse an einer entsprechenden Weiterentwicklung
