Job Summary
Lead the external station Sonnenlinde with full responsibility for its professional, personnel, and organizational management. Guide and develop the team while actively expanding the service offering. Ensure high-quality daily support for residents with cognitive impairments and participate in their care in a limited capacity. Collaborate with family members, authorities, and external partners, representing the station in the municipality and surrounding area. Implement supported communication methods. Requires a leadership qualification, experience with cognitive impairments, and flexibility for shift work.
Required Qualifications
- Abschluss in Sozialpädagogik FH/HF, Heilpädagogik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Führungsausbildung
- Führungserfahrung und Freude daran, Menschen und Teams weiterzuentwickeln
- Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz sowie hohe Belastbarkeit und Teamorientierung
- Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Pikettdiensten
- Sicherer Umgang mit IT
