Job Summary
Advise and accompany individuals within work opportunities in our own businesses, supporting their reintegration into employment and the application process. Counsel families in precarious life situations regarding support benefits within the KiZplus 5.0 project. Deliver individual counseling, coaching, and group offerings, including competency assessment and profiling. Manage documentation and administrative tasks while networking with various stakeholders to connect participants with appropriate support networks. Conduct job application training and assist in finding vocational training and employment.
Required Qualifications
- ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium z.B. in den Bereichen: Soziale Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, Sozialwissenschaften, Pädagogik, Psychologie oder vergl. Studienabschluss
- Sensibilität und Gespür für die Belange und Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppen
- Kompetenzen in Methoden der Gesprächsführung sowie im Führen und Gestalten von Gruppenangeboten
- Interkulturelle Kompetenzen
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse

- Idealerweise Kompetenzen in Konfliktmanagement
