Job Summary
Plan and conduct individual learning therapies for children with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and/or ADHD, including creating and adapting therapy plans. Document therapy goals, progress trajectories, and outcomes while maintaining close collaboration with the child's social environment, including parents, teachers, and other specialists. Participate in regular team exchanges and supervision sessions. This role involves 5–15 hours per week in Wolfsburg, offering a certified BVL training program and flexible scheduling for term arrangements with families.
Required Qualifications
- Freude an der individuellen Arbeit mit Kindern
- Pädagogische, psychologische und/oder therapeutische Kenntnisse
- Du befindest dich in einer sozial/pädagogischen Ausbildung oder in einem Studium (vorzugsweise Master) oder hast eine äquivalente Eignung
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an unserer BVL-zertifizierten Weiterbildung zur Lerntherapeutin
- Du bist empathisch, einfühlsam und bist stark in deiner Kommunikation
