Job Summary
Conduct daily support for nine residents in a therapeutic community, focusing on individual care planning, managing daily living tasks, and facilitating social relationships. Provide psychological guidance regarding mental health conditions and their consequences while promoting community cohesion and conflict resolution. Lead group activities and assist residents in securing employment and establishing independent living skills. This role prepares adults with psychiatric history for self-determined life with minimal institutional dependency within a small team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Soziale Arbeit oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
