Implement individual help plans in close collaboration with the youth office and other institutions while providing regular care and accompaniment for young people and young adults in their daily lives. Support daily practical matters such as household management and financial handling, and guide clients regarding school, vocational orientation, and social integration. Conduct crisis intervention, manage conflicts, and facilitate self-help while fostering personal responsibility. Create help plans, development reports, and development documentation, ensuring careful and data-protected recording of work. Participate in help planning conferences and collaborate with schools, training centers, authorities, doctors, and therapists. Ensure telephone availability for crisis situations outside of agreed care times.
