Support families with the care and supervision of infants and toddlers to ensure child welfare. Develop reliable daily routines with parents and facilitate crisis interventions when needed. Strengthen parental roles through daily pedagogy and individual help development planning. Build networks with relevant organizations and collaborate closely with colleagues on team meetings and peer counseling. Work in a team environment on an 80-hectare forest and meadow site. Requires a completed degree or training in social pedagogy or social work, Class B driver's license, and willingness to work shift duty.
