Lead the Social Services team in Trier-Ehrang by coordinating daily operations, designing shift rosters, and conducting regular feedback and staff interviews. Plan and organize a diverse program of events and care offerings while ensuring quality assurance and documentation of all services. Manage public relations and networking efforts, coordinate volunteers by planning their deployments and fostering collaboration, and lead integration conversations with residents. Support the design of social media profiles across Instagram and Facebook. This full-time role includes a 38.5-hour work week, six weeks of vacation, and access to fitness bonuses and pension contributions.
