Job Summary
Support individuals with disabilities across all life areas through educational, nursing, and household tasks within our special living form. Document the care process and collaborate with colleagues to cover day shifts from 06:00 to 22:00 at the "Maria Frieden" or "Haus im Park" facilities in Berlin. Strengthen self-reliance and enable participation while fostering a respectful community environment. This role offers 20–25 hours weekly with clear shift planning, full-time equivalent pay ranging from €3,281 to €4,144 plus various allowances, and includes benefits like a VBB ticket subsidy, bistro access, and annual reflection days.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Sozialassistentin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit Behinderung
- Orientierung an Inhalten wie Personenzentrierung, soziale Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung
- Sicherheitsbeherrschung mit MS Office-Anwendungen und Dokumentation
- Bereitschaft, pädagogische Arbeit zu reflektieren
- Empathisch, herzlich und humorvoll
