Job Summary
Support potential rehabilitation patients with application assistance for therapeutic measures and provide social legal counseling regarding economic security and participation rights. Advise on opportunities for professional reintegration and pension legal matters, while informing about suitable follow-up care options and referring to further assistance. Additionally, cover vacation replacement for the social service in the Kupferdreh hospital. This part-time role is located at the Theaterpassage and requires a degree in social work, preferably with knowledge of SGB II and SGB XII.
