Job Summary
Manage daily operations at the Treffpunkt City and Treffpunkt für Frauen, delivering survival assistance and fostering a respectful atmosphere through professional client relationships. Provide crisis intervention, brief consultations, and social casework while creatively integrating participants into the daily routine via job card employment guidance. Assume responsibility for leisure activities, infrastructure, security, and cash management, including supervising social work students. Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions. Requires a Social Work or Nursing qualification, experience in low-threshold and women-specific social work, and flexibility for shifts between 08:30 and 19:00 with weekend coverage. Required Qualifications
- Abschluss als Sozialarbeiter*in FH/HF oder Pflegefachperson Psychiatrie HF oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrungen in der niederschwelligen und in frauenspezifischer Sozialarbeit
- Bereitschaft in beiden Treffpunkten mit unterschiedlicher Klientel zu arbeiten
- Freude an der Arbeit mit sozial desintegrierten und psychisch auffälligen Menschen und an professioneller Beziehungsarbeit
- Hohe kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Flexibilität
- Humor
- Bereitschaft zu Tagdiensten (in der Regel zwischen 08:30 Uhr und 19:00 Uhr) mit Wochenendeinsätzen
