Collaborate closely with families to establish goals, plan assistance with Jugendamt specialists, and foster self-reliance through comprehensive support services including SPFH, Erziehungsbeistand, and Umgangsbegleitung. Maintain regular exchanges with families, professionals, and other institutions regarding assistance while ensuring cultural and linguistic barriers are overcome through a multilingual team. Promote mutual respect and clear reflection of progress with family members. The role involves working in an interculturally oriented children and youth aid organization serving families in the Rhein-Sieg-Kreis and Bergischen Kreis.
