Souvenir Leadership – Chicago at Photogenic (the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs) leads daily operations at a venue while continuing to fulfill Sales Associate/Photographer duties. Responsibilities include providing excellent guest service, taking photos and delivering memorable souvenirs, operating POS and photography equipment, assisting with training and supervising team members, and ensuring smooth photo operations. Leadership duties include leading by example, opening/closing duties, enforcing policies, recruiting support, training new team members, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Key skills include strong interpersonal and communication abilities, flexibility for peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays), and comfort with cash handling; prior retail or cashier experience is preferred but not required. Must be at least 18 years old.
