Job Summary
Drive business results within your defined geographical region by conducting direct, dealer, and distributor sales and service coordination. Research the market to maintain an accurate contact database, convert opportunities into new business, and build strategic relationships with key customers. Execute product demonstrations, review technical product data, and prepare sales proposals approved by the Quote Committee. Manage new product delivery training, coordinate warranty and service work, and develop territory marketing strategies. Participate in regional trade shows and lead follow-up efforts while contributing to business planning. Travel 60% to 80% of the time to provide weekly activity reports to management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- OR have any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
- Travel required is 60% to 80% of time
- Light service work may be performed by the Territory Manager
- Read and interpret documents
- Write routine reports and correspondence
- Speak effectively before groups of customers and Integral dx employees
- Use Microsoft Office - outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, Microsoft project
- Be technologically advanced on smart devices
- Have knowledge of machinery, equipment, material, bill of materials, etc.
- Utilize strong active listening skills
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
