Southgate Branch - Member Service Specialist II (Full-Time)

Process and audit financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and general ledger entries while maintaining a cash drawer. Provide Golden 1 services to members, such as cashier's checks, money orders, wire transfers, and debit card issuance, while assessing needs and engaging in consultative dialogue to identify financial solutions. Identify and report fraudulent activity, verify signature cards, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Assist in ATM and Teller Cash Dispenser Unit operations, manage open and close responsibilities, and mentor other Member Service Specialists. Maintain current knowledge of products, policies, and procedures, and refer lending needs to appropriate partners.
