Job Summary
Staff and fulfill event metrics across weekday, weekend, and holiday schedules while traveling to marketing campaigns throughout New Jersey. Engage with fans and attendees to spread positive messaging on highway safety, capturing photos of activations and communicating progress to managers. Perform other on-site tasks as assigned, requiring flexibility for untraditional hours and the ability to lift 50 lbs. This role offers hands-on marketing experience at sports, entertainment, and high school venues focused on drinking and driving, texting and driving, seatbelts, and speeding awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to travel to events in the state of New Jersey
- Flexibility and ability to work on the go
- Outgoing conversational skills and ability to interact with event attendees
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and time manage
- Ability to stay flexible and adaptable
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays
- Be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Events and Marketing experience is preferred but not required
- We desire individuals with an outgoing personality, looking to gain experience in event marketing
