The Southern California Water/Wastewater Market Director will lead strategic initiatives for growth in the Southern California region, which includes identifying key clients and managing strategic relationships. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in field of practice
- 10-15 years of experience since B.S. or 9-14 years since M.S.
- Strong leadership and client management skills
- Specific expertise in water/wastewater/stormwater infrastructure
- Professional registration (e.g., California PE) preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Management coursework and/or MBA
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification
