Job Summary
The Sales Associate will serve as a key representative of DolFinTech to external clients, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the company’s presence in the market. Key responsibilities include interacting with customers, analyzing their needs, offering recommendations, managing cash transactions, and maintaining confidentiality. The candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and possess a passion for customer service. A clean and organized work environment is required, along with adherence to compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluent in Spanish and basic English communication
- Ability using computer’s keyboard and mouse
- Detail-oriented especially when reading, writing, and counting numbers and currency
