Job Summary
Brand Manager role for a prestige fragrance brand in Southeast Asia. Lead regional brand planning and operational deployment across SEA JV/distributor markets, aligning Global brand strategy with local execution. Oversee 360 launch/go-to-market activities, consumer engagement across ATL/BTL/digital/influencer channels, and coordination with regional media, agencies, and distributors. Manage post-launch evaluation, A&P forecasting, regional pricing, and retailer collaborations. Interfaces with Global Brand team, Sales, Consumer Engagement, Visual Merchandising, Education, JV/Distributors, and Key Retailers across markets including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines. 6–8 years in marketing/brand management preferred within fragrances, beauty, luxury, or FMCG; strong operational background, budgeting/forecasting, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management across Southeast Asia are highly advantageous.
