Job Summary
Develop and manage client's solar and BESS project portfolio across the ERCOT region, coordinating and reviewing cross-functional work with interconnection, permitting, real estate, and engineering teams in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities include coordinating zoning and permitting with local/regional government entities, ensuring environmental study compliance, managing third-party consultants and development partners, and aligning scope, schedule, and budget with legal, finance, and executive input to advance megawatt-scale solar and BESS projects from site identification through start of construction. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years project development experience
- ability to lead cross-functional teams
