Job Summary
Engage families and promote enrollment at Carmen South Middle School by coordinating and attending open houses, family engagement events, bus tours, and community outreach efforts. Build relationships with local organizations, conduct outreach via phone calls, campus visits, and tabling events, and guide families through the enrollment process in collaboration with the Admissions team. Track monthly lead goals and maintain accurate records of outreach activities. Serve as a positive ambassador for Carmen Schools, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to the mission.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a parent of a current student or alumni of Carmen South Middle School
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service, community outreach, or sales experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and outreach
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Passion for education and belief in Carmen’s mission and values
- Experience coordinating events and outreach is a plus
- Ability to meet monthly student lead goals in coordination with the Admissions team
- Experience guiding families through the enrollment process
