Job Summary
Lead, manage, and oversee the South-Gulf Region's sales and market management activities, develop and maintain distributor relationships, drive demand creation with contractors and trade associations, support specifications with architecture/engineering firms, track opportunities, provide technical and installation support at customer sites, and represent Stego at regional/trade events. Strong emphasis on CRM usage, data-driven analysis, pricing collaboration, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve regional goals. Travel to customer sites, distributors, and events is required as part of regional responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred. The role operates from a home-office in the South-Gulf region with remote work flexibility and involves 10-60% travel depending on project needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of sales experience
