Job Summary
Online English Teacher focusing on kids (and some adults) in Asia, teaching from 100% remote work-from-home setup. Immediate start after recruitment with a minimum of 40 hours per month during peak hours (Monday–Sunday, 12 PM to 4 PM SAST). Compensation is $6 per hour with flexible teaching schedules and opportunities for professional growth through the Inspiration Academy and Evolve wellness program. The role emphasizes delivering lessons to children primarily, with some adults, and requires a Bachelor's degree, a 120-hour TEFL/TESOL/TEYL or CELTA certification (or enrollment in the in-house program), and at least 2 years of online teaching experience. A tech-enabled home teaching setup is required (PC with at least Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, reliable Fibre internet, UPS backup, and a noise-cancelling headset with a HD webcam). Remote work from anywhere in the world is supported, with a focus on learners in Asia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bachelors)
- Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification (or sign up for in-house program)
- At least 2 years of online English teaching experience
- Tech-savvy with a quiet, professional teaching setup
- PC specifications: Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM or higher
- Internet: Fibre connection with 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable
- Backup Power: UPS with 4–5 hours battery life
