Job Summary
Negotiate and determine insurance terms as a liaison between brokers and insurers. Develop, underwrite, and manage new business in accordance with program and contract guidelines while maintaining strong relationships with brokers through marketing visits and industry event representation. Ensure underwritten risk quality aligns with targeted profitability for small and medium-sized enterprises. This role supports Revau's expansion in commercial insurance, offering hybrid remote work, health benefits, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance
- AEC, DEC, or insurance broker license
- CRM, PAA, or FPAA certification
- Adaptable and flexible in the face of change
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on solid technical knowledge
- Ability to synthesize information
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Sense of responsibility and ability to prioritize
- High service level, always solution-oriented to support our rapidly growing clientele
