Job Summary
Develop and retain business volume with a broker portfolio by underwriting professional insurance risks within group policy limits and approved authorities. Analyze presented risks to propose pricing, tailor coverage guarantees, and manage the portfolio for profitability through renewal decisions and limit adjustments. Define commercial action plans to meet revenue targets, cultivate relationships at all broker levels, and launch partnership operations while tracking performance metrics. Act as a technical expert to advise brokers and clients on specialized sectors like IT, consulting, and tourism, conducting market intelligence and delivering tailored value propositions. Collaborate closely with technical, management, and claims teams to share information and support product evolution.
Required Qualifications
- Formation juridique bac + 5 en droit des affaires ou droit des assurances
- Première expérience confirmée d'au moins 4/5 années dans les domaines de la RC et/ou des Dommages
- Maîtrise de l'anglais
