Job Summary
Sous Maitre per hotel division at Mitsis Selection Blue Domes, Kos, seasonal and full-time role overseeing restaurant operations, coordinating daily food & beverage service activities, maintaining high service standards, monitoring hygiene and safety rules, managing staff under ISO compliance, supervising ordering, deliveries, inventories, reservation systems, and PDA distribution, guiding and training personnel, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Experience 2 years in a similar role in a 4* or 5* hotel
- Experience in hotel hospitality
- Good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
- Knowledge of a third foreign language (French or German) preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Office; basic Protel knowledge
