Job Summary
Lead and develop the kitchen team as Sous Chef, collaborating with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials. Demonstrate hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety. Contribute to menu creativity, GP and labour controls, and drive sales and growth through collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
