Job Summary
The Bell Inn in Stow-on-the-Wold is seeking a mid-level Sous Chef to join a hands-on kitchen leadership team. You will champion quality food and excellent service, assist in designing and delivering new dishes and daily specials, and help manage the kitchen rota, training, and health and safety. The role provides autonomy to create menus and specials alongside the Head Chef, access to an internal Head Chef development programme, apprenticeship schemes, and ongoing culinary training.
