Job Summary
Lead kitchen operations as a Sous Chef, collaborating with the Head Chef to design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials; actively develop and lead the kitchen team, champion service excellence, and ensure health and safety standards. Responsible for managing the kitchen staff rota, training programs, and labour controls, while driving sales growth through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams. Participate in menu creativity, masterclasses, and apprenticeship opportunities, and contribute to a welcoming, quality-focused environment.
