Job Summary

Whiskey Joe's Tampa is seeking a Sous Chef responsible for food production, quality, and kitchen cleanliness, supporting the Executive Chef, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong BOH background.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous/Exec Sous/CDC/KM)
  • Minimum 5 years' progressive BOH restaurant experience
  • Ability to interface with various levels of management
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and time management

Desired Qualifications

  • Degree in Culinary Arts
  • Strong familiarity with OSHA and local Department of Health Regulations
  • PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, Esysco, and MS Excel
