Job Summary
Whiskey Joe's Tampa is seeking a Sous Chef responsible for food production, quality, and kitchen cleanliness, supporting the Executive Chef, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and strong BOH background.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous/Exec Sous/CDC/KM)
- Minimum 5 years' progressive BOH restaurant experience
- Ability to interface with various levels of management
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Detailed oriented with strong emphasis on accuracy and time management
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Culinary Arts
- Strong familiarity with OSHA and local Department of Health Regulations
- PC literate with a working knowledge of Outlook, Esysco, and MS Excel
