Job Summary
Lead a talented kitchen team as Sous Chef at Westoria inside The Cosmopolitan, overseeing training of Master Cooks, Cooks, Pantry Workers and Helpers, maintaining product labeling and sanitation, overseeing base sauces/stocks/soups, ensuring superior food quality, assisting with purchasing/receiving/inventory, and coordinating with Executive Chef to set goals for profit and people in a high-energy luxury dining setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor/chef in a culinary environment
- Experience managing employees (Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred)
