Job Summary

Sous Chef collaborates with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef to uphold culinary excellence, ensure recipes and preparations meet specifications, supervise and develop Line Cooks and other hourly staff, and train new hires to execute stations properly while maintaining high hospitality standards and health-safety compliance.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in culinary leadership and fine dining
  • Certification in Hospitality-related field, or equivalent (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in collaborating and communicating across teams
  • Excellent food & beverage knowledge
  • English fluency; additional languages preferred but not required
