Job Summary
Experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, lead and motivate the kitchen team, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes. Ensure food hygiene, safety and allergen procedures are followed; assist with stock control, ordering and waste minimisation; maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment. Will take responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Kitchen Manager’s absence. Weekend and evening availability essential. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with leadership or supervisory experience
- A passion for food and an eye for detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills
