The NICI Collection is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and leading a high-performing kitchen team. Responsibilities include supporting day-to-day kitchen operations, leading the team during service, ensuring quality, consistency, and presentation of all dishes, assisting with stock control and ordering, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and training junior chefs. The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills within a fast-paced luxury hotel kitchen environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and hospitality
