Job Summary
A published Sous Chef with 2+ years’ experience managing the line in an upscale, food-focused environment. Oversees food quality, service standards, and staff development; partners with the General Manager to meet P&L goals, budgets, and cost controls across labor and F&B. Leads by example to create a positive, collaborative kitchen culture, influences guest experience, and fosters internal hospitality while ensuring consistent, high-quality dishes and smooth kitchen operations.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ of successful restaurant management experience
- Thrive in high-volume, scratch kitchen, and upscale food focused environments

- Strong problem resolution skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
