Job Summary
As a Sous Chef, you’ll lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently great dishes, motivate and develop the team, and maintain the highest standards of safety and hygiene. You’ll manage the line during busy services, contribute to a positive, energetic environment, communicate effectively, stay organised under pressure, and mentor junior chefs to help the team grow. This role focuses on leadership, teamwork, and delivering quality across a wide range of dishes in a South American-inspired concept at Las Iguanas, Reading (UK).
