Job Summary
As a Sous Chef, you’ll be a key leader in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver consistently great food. You will lead from the front, jump on the line when busy, motivate and develop the team, maintain high safety and hygiene standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations under pressure. You’ll create a wide range of dishes, communicate effectively, stay organized, and mentor junior chefs to help the team grow. The role supports a 45-hour contract with opportunities for bonuses and career development within a vibrant Latin-c inspired kitchen.
