Lead from the front in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen as Sous Chef for Las Iguanas, collaborating with the Head Chef to deliver consistently high-quality dishes across starters to desserts, while mentoring junior chefs, maintaining top food safety standards, and fostering a positive, energetic team environment. You’ll create a wide range of dishes with a strong emphasis on South American/Latin flavour, drive pace on busy services, and help develop the team and kitchen operations for ongoing growth and progression.
