Job Summary
Sous Chef – STAY by Yannick Alleno at One&Only The Palm Resort, Dubai. Assists Chef De Cuisine to lead and organize kitchen requirements to the highest standards, in accordance with standard operating procedures. Must have 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels, with strong French cuisine knowledge. Requires excellent English communication, with an additional language highly regarded; ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five-star hotels
