Sous Chef - SSH

Assist Executive Chef in organizing, training, and managing staff while preparing necessary data for the budget, including projecting food, labor, and other costs to monitor financial results and ensure goals are met. Create unique dishes and menu items for daily features and specialty events, consulting with guests to meet dietary restrictions and palate preferences. Requires 2+ years of Sous Chef experience in upscale casual or fine dining, strong broiler skills, and steakhouse experience as a plus.
