Job Summary
Lead and manage daily kitchen operations as Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager, directing staff to ensure high-quality food presentation, sanitation, and cost controls; supervise production, assist in scheduling, inventory planning, and labor targets; act as main expeditor to ensure tickets and dietary restrictions are accurately executed, while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and providing constructive feedback and leadership to BOH/FOH teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school education plus schooling in culinary arts or related majors
- Three or more years of related experience is preferred
- Staging part of hiring process may be required (unpaid)
