Sous Chef - Residence

Coordinate and supervise the assigned kitchen operations under the Chef de Cuisine to maintain standards and achieve maximum guest satisfaction. Assist in developing relationships and ensure effective communication in English while managing daily tasks under pressure. Maintain high attention to detail and demonstrate flexibility in a luxury hospitality environment. Report directly to the Chef de Cuisine to support overall resort success.
