Job Summary
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, lead and mentor junior staff, prepare and present dishes to high standards, uphold health and safety and sanitation, collaborate on seasonal menu items, manage inventory and support ordering to keep services efficient, and contribute to fast, quality service during peak times.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Food Safety Level 3 Certification (or willingness to complete a course provided by us)
- Strong culinary knowledge and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Team player with a passion for high-quality food
